We charge the same rate across the board for: research, brainstorming, design, artwork, writing copy, taking photos, video or animation, website design, website build and programming.

You will not incur any fees until we have scoped the project and agreed a budget with you. We always charge exactly what we have quoted unless the scope of the work changes and if so we will advise you of any increase before this occurs.

If the extent of project is unknown at the outset, or develops into something much larger than anticipated with a longer timescale, we usually work on an hourly fee basis, providing a detailed breakdown of our work and an invoice at the end of each month.

We can’t offer an instant print shop service with a fixed price package because every client has different needs and different scales of operation.
